eventrx
eventrx lets guests at an event find the photographs they appear in. The organiser uploads the event's photographs; you enter the event's code, take one selfie, and are shown the photographs you appear in.
The code comes from whoever organised the event — printed on a card, shown on a screen, or sent to you. Scan it, or type it: the dashes are only there to make it readable, and it is not case-sensitive.
If the app says the link is not valid any more, the organiser has either not published the event yet, replaced the code, or the event has passed the date they set for keeping the photographs. Ask them, not us — we cannot open somebody else's event.
There are a few ordinary reasons, and they are worth trying in this order:
Face search is not perfect and we do not claim it is. It can miss a photograph you are in.
No. It is held in memory, used for that one search, and discarded with the response. It is never written to disk and never added to the searchable photographs. The privacy policy says this in more detail, including what the app does not protect against.
The photographs belong to the organiser who uploaded them, and they are the ones who can remove them. Contact them first. If you cannot reach them, write to us at the address below and we will help you find who is responsible for that event.
One person answers this address, so allow a couple of days. Include the event name or its code if your question is about a particular event — without it there is nothing to look at.
